Interested in Playing Next Year for the
Carson H.S. Girls’ Volleyball Program?
The coaching staff is looking for new athletes to come and tryout for all three levels of teams! It doesn’t matter whether you have a lot or hardly any experience playing competitive volleyball…the skilled coaching staff can train you!
The 2-Day mandatory tryout will be on Wed., June 15 and Thurs., June 16th from 9:00-11:30am in the Main Gym. On Wed., the 15th, all girls must arrive at 8:30am to register. Please plan on attending both days.
NOTE: If your child is offered a spot on one of our teams there will be a mandatory parent “season kick-off meeting” on Fri., June 17th, at 6pm in the Oral Arts Room (OAR) located on campus.
If you would like to tryout, go to www.carsonhs.org and on the ATHLETICS homepage print and complete the following 2 forms:
*Only complete the first page of the physical form and DO NOT check ‘yes’ to anything unless it was serious enough that you went and saw a doctor for it!
Then, Schedule an appointment with your doctor or the Wellness Center on campus for a physical exam. Make sure you take the Physical exam form with you and have your doctor fill out the back side of that form (no other form will be accepted). Important: Make sure s/he signs, dates, and stamps the bottom of the form or it will not be valid!
You will NOT be able to tryout until you submit the above forms
Attire: Comfortable clothes and running shoes. Bring water and no jewelry.
