To All Teachers, Parents, Students and Staff:

As many of you may know, we have spent several years working on the Stopping Hate and Deliquency by Empowering Students (SHADES) program.  This program is an extension of our Teen Court here at Carson High School.  The trial portion of SHADES has finally come to fruition (as of last week).  I am extremely proud of our work to address the social tragedy of hate and bullying in our community and wanted to make sure you all had a chance to see the story about SHADES that aired last week on CBS.  Congratulations to everyone who has helped make SHADES happen!  To the students of Carson High School - I am extremely proud of all of you.  Below is the link for the CBS News story.
